Efficiency in agriculture has a new dimension: Whether big balers, all types of import (loader wagons, shredded material, corn, beets/potatoes or silage) or distribution (spreader, slurry spreader with distribution), whether trailer, semi-trailer or compact vehicle. Field, road or mixed operation. We have different trailer concepts, truck PTOs, agricultural PTO or auxiliary motor solutions.
Our concepts open up new possibilities, not only for contract operations or machinery rings. Our tire options allow the greatest possible protection of the soil structure, maintaining the speed advantage and use of federal highways. Our solutions significantly reduce acquisition and operating costs. Our workplace increases comfort and makes the workplace attractive to newcomers.
All tire conversions are approved by MAN, emergency steering forces are tested by us with the actual axle loads and a suitable brake system parameterization is a matter of course for us.
Towing vehicles for trailer solutions
Nearly 20 years ago, users came to us and asked us for a supplement to the powerful tractor or Unimog. It started with 206kW (280hp). Today 4×4 chassis with 375kW (510PS) drive as fast-moving tractors (89 or 60 km/h), which we equipped with the appropriate towing for your use, the right load-sensing or power-beyond hydraulics and PTOs. We pull silage multi-purpose wagons with feeding system up to more than 50 cubic meters of cargo volume.
Thanks to the installation space behind the cab and possible use of initially fitted road-tires, extended or alternative fields of application (for example, winter service spreaders, other swap-over frame systems) can be covered. We have already integrated additional engines to drive the largest big balers, independently of the gearbox.
Traction vehicles for semitrailer solutions
Comparable with the trailer solutions we have developed semitrailer solutions, which pursue a different philosophy, but use a comparable basic chassis with comparable conversions by Toni Maurer. Thanks to our rear cross member, they can also be used for trailer missions. Interchangeable systems also allow the attachment of tilting bridges. Our vehicles have the right wheelbase to ensure the correct axle loads.
In addition to the classic agricultural use such vehicles often find winter activities in snow removal at major airports.
Compact vehicle solutions
More than 20 years ago, we built two-axle compact vehicles as loader wagons with a feeding unit at the rear, which are still used on grassland in mountainous topography. The three or four-axle chassis often have interchangeable frames / exchangeable loaders and travel large distances more economically and faster. Whether exchangeable or fixed bodies, tippers, spreaders or push-off trailers – we find the right soil-friendly solution.
